I am Sani, a dedicated and certified Sisterlocks consultant and a committed student at the esteemed Tinylocs Academy. Simultaneously, I am pursuing my passion for barbering. A relentless seeker of knowledge, I find joy in continuous learning and growth.

My journey into this profession was sparked by personal struggles with maintaining my loose, natural hair. Dealing with the challenges posed by a dry climate and hard water, I grappled with the appropriate hair care products and struggled to retain length. Consequently, protective styles, particularly braids, became my refuge. However, as I faced the distressing loss of my hairline edges, I realized the urgency of finding effective solutions.

Since February 2017, Sisterlocks have been an essential part of my life, offering me a sense of liberation and self-expression. I stumbled into this career path unexpectedly, compelled by the absence of a consultant for my own locks. The lack of available resources led me to seek guidance from online tutorials, igniting a deep-seated determination to master the art of maintaining my locks.

In 2018, when Sisterlocks made their way to Denver, I seized the opportunity and enrolled in the course, intending to equip myself with the necessary knowledge for my personal hair care journey. However, as word spread of my expertise and passion, individuals began seeking my services, marking the genesis of "All My Locs."

Despite the setbacks caused by the global pandemic, which prompted a temporary halt to my services and the painful separation from my cherished clients, I persevered. Returning to my craft post-COVID, I dedicated myself wholeheartedly to my burgeoning business. Following an unexpected career setback in April 2022, I made a resolute decision to transition my passion into my full-time pursuit, thus marking a new chapter in my journey.

Today, as a specialist in small locs, my mission is to empower individuals to revel in the joy and freedom of effortlessly maintaining and styling their hair. With a profound love for my own locks, I treat each and every loc I encounter, whether on my own head, through a client transfer, or with a new client, with the utmost care and dedication. "All My Locs" represents my unwavering commitment to fostering a culture of hair freedom and confidence among my clientele.
